中职护校护生入学成绩与护考成绩的关系探讨

摘　　要：根据《护士条例》(2008年,国务院第517号令)[1《]护士执业注册管理办法》(2008年、卫计委第59号令)[2]和《护士执业资格考试办法》(2010年,卫计委、人力资源社会保障部第74号令)精神,护士岗位实行准入制度,护士必须通过护士执业资格考试才能申请执业注册[3]。而目前我们中职护校的护士执业资格考试通过率普遍比较低,本研究通过探讨学生入学成绩与护考成绩的关系,旨在分析护资考试低通过率的影响因素,以期研究出好的应对措施及教学方法。According to "byelaw of nurses (2008,517 of the state council order)[1],the nurse's practice registration management approach"(in 2008,the ministry of health,59 order)[2] and the nurse practicing qualification examination method "(in 2010,the ministry of health,human resources and social security ministry 74th order),the nurse post shall practise a system of access,the nurse must pass the nurse practicing qualification examination can apply for registration[3]. At present,the passing rate of the nurse's practice qualification examination in our secondary school nursing school is generally low.This study aims to analyze the influencing factors of the low passing rate of the nursing endowment examination by exploring the relationship between the students' admission score and the nursing examination score,so as to find out good countermeasures and teaching methods.
