摘　　要：妊娠合并吉兰-巴雷综合征(GBS)是一种特殊类型的自身免疫性疾病。目前国内外没有专门的妊娠合并GBS的指南出版,不同诊疗机构的诊治方案和流程存在差异。系统、规范的临床管理,可以有效降低该病的并发症和母婴死亡率。因此,有必要就近年的妊娠合并GBS的临床管理经验进行整理,以期指导临床治疗。Pregnancy complicating with Guillain-Barré syndrome (GBS) is a special type of autoimmune disease.At present,there is no specific guideline for pregnancy complicating with GBS published at home and abroad.Different institutions have different treatment schemes and procedures.Systematic and standardized clinical management can effectively reduce the complications of the disease and maternal and infant mortality.Therefore,it is necessary to summarize the clinical management experience of pregnancy complicating with GBS in recent years to guide clinical treatment.
