摘 要:利用环境扫描电镜,观察层裂试验后超高韧性水泥基复合材料(UHTCC)层裂面的PVA纤维。通过统计分析扫描电镜图像,并结合层裂过程的高速摄影记录,得出PVA纤维在层裂试验中的4种破坏模式,分别是纤维拔出、纤维拉断、碾压破坏和组合破坏;PVA纤维的碾压破坏与UHTCC试件在层裂过程中裂缝的反复张开闭合有关;PVA纤维在动态荷载下同时通过纤维自身拉伸和与基体摩擦抵抗局部应力。The PVA fiber on the ultra-high toughness cementitious composites (UHTCC) spalling surface after the spalling test was observed by environmental scanning electron microscopy(SEM). Through statistical analysis of SEM images and high-speed photographic recording of the spalling process, the following conclusions were drawn: PVA fibers have four failure modes in the spalling test, namely pulled-out, rupture, crushed and combination damage;the crushed failure of PVA fiber is related to the repeated opening and closing of the crack in the UHTCC specimen during the spalling;under dynamic loading, PVA fiber resists local stress by stretching itself and friction with the matrix at the same time.
