摘　　要：人才是现代社会竞争与发展的重要生产力,而人的安全是化学实验室管理中不可忽视的第一要素。该文从“以人为本”的安全管理理念出发,通过提高实验人员业务水平、加强大学生实验室安全观念、丰富实验安全管理服务意识、改善化学实验室安全设施等措施提升实验室的安全系数,从而降低实验室安全事故发生概率,为化学实验室人员安全提供保障。The talents are important productive forces during the competition and development of modern society,while the human security is usually the first condideration for the management of chemical laboratories.Based on the human-oriented safety management concept,this paper tries to improves the safety factor of the laboratory by improving the experimental staff's business level,strengthening the safety concept of college students,enriching the awareness of experimental safety management,and improving the safety facilities of chemical laboratories.With the aim of reduce the chance of laboratory accidents and provide safe guarantee for chemical lab staff.
