产业协同集聚与生产性服务业台商投资区位选择

摘　　要：近年来,台商对大陆生产性服务业投资迅速增长,生产性服务业台商投资区位与制造业台商投资区位高度重合,表现出明显的协同集聚特征。利用2007—2017年省际面板数据,实证检验制造业台资集聚对生产性服务业台商投资区位选择的影响。研究证实,制造业台资集聚水平、生产性服务业台资集聚水平、基础设施和人力资本对生产性服务业台商投资区位选择具有显著正向影响。政府应当进一步提高生产性服务业投资便利化程度,发展和完善台商产业园区,加强交通、通讯等基础设施建设,为制造业台资与生产性服务业台资协同集聚创造有利条件。同时,鼓励两岸企业创新合作模式,携手开拓“一带一路”沿线市场。In recent years, the Taiwan Residents investment which flow to the mainland producer services have increased rapidly. The geographical distribution of Taiwan Residents businessmen investment in producer services is highly coincidence with the geographical distribution of Taiwan Residents businessmen investment in manufacturing, collaborative agglomeration features is already evident. This paper takes empirical test on the effects of the agglomeration of Taiwan Residents investment in manufacturing on the location selection of Taiwan Residents investment in producer services by using the provincial panel data from 2007 to 2017. The study confirmed that the level of agglomeration of Taiwan Residents investment in manufacturing have significant positive influence on the investment in producer services of Taiwan Residents investment. In addition, the level of agglomeration of Taiwan Residents investment in producer services , infrastructure and labor capitalis positively correlated with Taiwan Residents investment in producer services. The government should raise the level of investment facilitation of producer services, develop and improve Taiwan Residents industrial park, strengthen the construction of infrastructure such as traffic and communication, create favorable conditions for agglomeration of Taiwan Residents investment in manufacturing industry and investment in producer services. At the same time, enterprises on both sides of the Taiwan straits should be encouraged to innovate cooperation models and join hands to develop markets along the “One Belt And One Road”route.
