摘　　要：提高少数民族流动人口的社会适应能力,能从根本上促进其城市融入,是新时期做好城市民族工作、维护民族团结、促进社会稳定的重要举措。基于社会心理学视角,以新疆籍少数民族流动人口为例,通过深度访谈和问卷调查发现,新疆籍少数民族流动人口整体社会适应状况良好,但其适应能力还有较大提升空间,族际交往、歧视感知和主观幸福感是影响其社会适应的重要心理指标。城市管理部门可据此采取措施,在工作中重视做好城市居民和流动人口的双向心理引导工作,为促进少数民族流动人口的城市融入探索新路径。Improving the social adaptation ability of floating population from ethnic minorities can promote their urban integration,which is an important measure of doing well in ethnic work in urban areas, safeguarding ethnic unity and promoting social stability in the new era. This paper, from the perspective of social psychology, using in-depth interviews and questionnaires, taking Xinjiang floating population as a case study, investigates the factors that influence the social adaptation of Xinjiang floating population. The results show that: the social adaptation of Xinjiang floating population is in good condition and their social adaption can be further promoted. Inter-ethnic communication, discrimination perception and subjective well-being are important psychological indicators that influence their social adaptation. Accordingly, city management authorities should give high priority to the psychological guiding of both urban residents and floating population, and take some measures to promote urban integration of floating population from ethnic minorities, such as expanding inter-ethnic communication, reducing discrimination perception and improving subjective well-being.
