摘　　要：轨道交通车辆的高速发展,对地板隔声及轻量化提出新的要求,研究了地板面板材料及隔声材料特性,并对比研究了不同面板及结构的酚醛发泡地板隔声特性.结果表明,高分子环氧树脂面板与酚醛发泡芯材具有更好的隔声匹配度,在面板厚度为1 mm,酚醛发泡芯材厚为16 mm时,面密度为8.06 kg/m^2,隔声性能达到27 dB以上,满足轨道车辆轻量化及隔声的使用要求.当面板和芯材之间布置隔音片材时能显著提高板材的隔声性能,而不会显著降低复合面板的吻合频率,柔性高密度隔音片能够作为板材调整隔声量的材料.With the rapid development of rail transit vehicles,new requirements for floor sound insulation and lightweight were put forward. The characteristics of floor panel materials and sound insulation materials,and compares the sound insulation characteristics of phenolic foamed floor with different panels and structures were studied. The results show that the polymer epoxy panel and the phenolic foam core have better sound insulation matching. When the thickness of the panel is 1 mm and the thickness of the phenolic foam core is 16 mm,the surface density is 8.06 kg/m^2,and the sound insulation performance is more than 27 dB. It meets the requirements of lightweight and sound insulation of railway vehicles. When the sound insulation sheet is arranged between the panel and the core material,the sound insulation performance of the panel can be significantly improved,but the coincidence frequency of the composite panel can not be significantly reduced. Flexible high density sound insulation sheet can be used as an effective means to adjust the sound insulation capacity of the panel.
