摘　　要：鼻咽癌是头颈部最常见的恶性肿瘤,在我国广东、广西、湖南、江西、福建等省(自治区)流行。在接受放射治疗联合化学治疗后,鼻咽癌患者口腔黏膜炎高发。本文综述了鼻咽癌患者口腔黏膜炎的现状、病因、发生机制,以及预防性干预、药物干预、饮食干预、心理干预、康复锻炼等多方面防治措施的研究进展,旨在为临床医护工作提供参考。Nasopharyngeal carcinoma, the most common malignant tumor of the head and neck, is prevalent in Guangdong, Guangxi, Hunan, Jiangxi and Fujian provinces(autonomous region) in China, and oral mucositis induced by chemoradiotherapy is frequent. This paper reviews the current situation, etiology and pathogenesis of oral mucositis in patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma and advances in preventive measure, such as preventive intervention, medication intervention, dietary intervention, psychological intervention and rehabilitation exercise, aiming to provide suggestions for clinical practice.
