摘　　要：慢性移植物抗宿主病(cGVHD)是一种表现为自身免疫性疾病样的综合征,口腔是其最为常见的受累器官之一。口腔病损可以独立存在,称之为口腔cGVHD,常常表现为口腔黏膜的慢性炎症和唾液腺纤维性病变。及时有效的诊治口腔cGVHD有助于减少患者痛苦,提高其生活质量。但目前对口腔cGVHD发病机制了解并不确切,本文将就口腔cGVHD的临床、病理表现、发病机制和治疗等的研究进展进行综述。Chronic graft versus host disease(cGVHD) is a syndrome that manifests as an autoimmune disease. Oral lesions, called oral cGVHD, can exist independently and often present as chronic inflammation of the oral mucosa and salivary gland fibrosis. Timely and effective diagnosis and treatment of oral cGVHD can help reduce the suffering of patients and improve their quality of life. However, current understanding of oral cGVHD pathogenesis is limited. This review focuses on the progress of the clinical manifestations, pathological manifestations, pathogenesis, and treatment of oral cGVHD.
