摘  要:"以德为先"作为教育现代化的首要理念,对于实现高层次人才培养现代化具有重要的指导意义。为"立德树人"目标实现提供实践模式和基层经验,高校研究生德育生态课堂致力于以系统、统整、关联、协同的视角进行整体化推动,从传统德育模式的单一视角转向系统论视角,改变传统的、分散的、片断的、短时的研究生德育形式,将德育课堂的建设视角进行空间转向,充分激活课堂内外、校园内外、显性-隐性课程等多种德育力量协作,实现研究生德育资源组织形式创新、德育合力整合机制创新、德育协作系统性模式创新,从而形成一个相互促进、高度协同的生态网络,最终形成高校德育现代化转型的发展力与创新力。"Morality-first", as the primary principle of educational modernization, has important guiding significance for realizing the modernization of high-level personnel training in the background of educational modernization. Postgraduate moral education ecological classroom, providing practical mode and grass-roots experience for attaining the goal of enhancing morality and fostering talents, commits to promote the overall moral education of graduate students from the perspectives of system, integration, relevance and coordination. The model of moral education has been shifted from the traditional single-angle one to the perspective of systemic theory. It achieves the spatial shift of moral education construction, fully activating different forces both explicit and implicit inside and outside the classrooms and schools. It innovates the organization of moral education resources as well as the integration mechanism. In this way, an ecological network of mutual promotion and high coordination will be formed, generating the power of developing the transformation of college moral education.
