摘 要:随着创意经济时代的到来及其影响的日益扩大,酒店服务也进入了一个新的时代——文化创意时代。现代酒店业只有通过对酒店形象的文化塑造、客房服务的文化装饰、餐饮服务的文化包装、场景氛围的文化营造、服务过程的文化设计和员工素质的文化提升等六个方面进行文化塑造,才能切实加强酒店服务的文化内涵与品位,提升酒店服务的质量和水平,让酒店形成自身独特的优势,进而在激烈的市场竞争中立于不败之地,实现其快速持续的发展。With the arrival of the creative economy era and its growing influence, hotel services have entered a new era -- cultural and creative era. The modern hotel industry can only be culturally shaped through six aspects: the cultural shaping of the hotel image, the cultural decoration of the room service, the cultural packaging of the catering service, the cultural construction of the scene atmosphere, the cultural design of the service process, and the cultural promotion of the quality of the staff so as to strengthen the cultural connotation and taste of hotel services, improve the quality and level of hotel services, let the hotel form its own unique advantages, and then in the fierce market competition in an invincible position, achieve its rapid and sustained development.
