摘  要:智能响应的复合材料在近年来成为人们关注的热点,其中温敏变色材料和超疏水材料已经进入大众市场,而这两种材料在某些方面存在不足限制了他们的发展.通过对温变色微胶囊进行超疏水改性,并复合胶粘剂的方法,在玻璃、滤纸、PVC板、铝板等基材表面获得接触角大于150°,滚动角小于5°的超疏水涂层,该涂层能够有效提高微胶囊的耐酸碱性能以及赋予超疏水涂层温变色的功能,因此将该涂层涂覆于不同基材表面,除能够具有自清洁作用外,还能够作为环境温度的指示剂,可广泛应用于建筑墙体、木材家具、各种塑料、金属器件、衣物等表面,使其具有防水自清洁和指示环境温度的功能.Intelligent response composite materials have been a hot spot in recent years, thermochromic materials and super hydrophobic materials among them have entered the mass market, but the shortcomings of these two kinds of materials restrict their development. In this article, super hydrophobic modification of thermochromic microcapsule was carried out. Through using the compound adhesive method, the super hydrophobic coating with the contact angle of more than 150 ° and the rolling angle of less than 5 ° was prepared on the surface of substrate, such as glass, filter paper, PVC plate, and aluminum plate. The coating effectively improved the acid and alkali resistance of the microcapsule, and had the thermochromic function. So the coating on different base material surfaces has self-cleaning function, and it can also serve as an indicator of environmental temperature.
