摘  要:本文研究了绿木霉(Trichoderma virens)和哈茨木霉(T. harzianum)在不同浓度阿特拉津处理下的生长速率、生物量和酶活特性。结果表明:阿特拉津对2种木霉菌的生长模式影响较小。在0.25 g L^-1浓度处理下,对绿木霉和哈茨木霉的生长速率影响不显著,木霉表现出较好的耐受性。绿木霉在0.65 g L^-1和0.75 g L^-1浓度时生长受到明显抑制。哈茨木霉在0.35 g L^-1浓度即受到显著抑制。绿木霉在0.25 g L^-1、0.35 g L^-1浓度处理下菌丝生物量与对照无显著差异,0.5 g L^-1、0.65 g L^-1、0.75 g L^-1浓度处理下菌丝生物量与对照差异显著;哈茨木霉在不同浓度处理下菌丝生物量与对照均具有显著差异,并且相同浓度处理绿木霉菌丝生物量大于哈茨木霉。绿木霉在不同浓度阿特拉津处理下均显示出很强的多酚氧化酶和过氧化物酶活性,在高浓度阿特拉津下显示出很强的漆酶活性;哈茨木霉在不同浓度阿特拉津处理下也显示出比较强的多酚氧化酶和过氧化物酶活性,但漆酶活性较低。可见在纯培养条件下,绿木霉和哈茨木霉对阿特拉津均具有一定的耐受性,其中绿木霉耐受能力稍强。Growth rate, biomass and enzyme activities of Trichoderma virens and Trichoderma harzianum were studied under different concentrations of atrazine. The low impacts of atrazine were observed on the growth of the two species of Trichoderma. The growth rates of T. virens and T. harzianum were not significantly affected by the atrazine addition with a concentration of 0.25g L^-1, which indicated the two species of Trichoderma showed good tolerances to atrazine. But the growth rate of T. virens was significantly restrained under 0.65g L^-1 and 0.75g L^-1 atrazine, and that of T. harzianum was significantly restrained under 0.35g L^-1 atrazine. Mycelia biomass of T. virens was not significant different between the control treatment and the treatments with 0.25g L^-1 and 0.35g L^-1 atrazine, and was remarkably different between the control treatment and the treatments with 0.5 g L^-1, 0.65g L^-1 and 0.75g L^-1 atrazine. The addition of atrazine significantly decreased the mycelia biomass of T. harzianum relative to control treatment, and the mycelia biomass of T. virens was more than that of T. harzianum under the same concentration of atrazine. Strong activities of polyphenoloxidase and peroxidase of T. virens were measured under all the treatments of atrazine. Under the higher levels of atrazine, stronger activities of laccase were measured. Meanwhile, T. harzianum showed strong activities of polyphenoloxidase and peroxidase, but weak activities of laccase under all the treatments of atrazine. T. virens had a stronger tolerance to atrazine than T. harzianum under pure culture condition.
