米那普仑联合电针治疗对中度抑郁患者血清5-HT、多巴胺水平的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨米那普仑联合电针在中度抑郁症患者中的临床效果及对血清5羟色胺(5-HT)、多巴胺(DA)水平的影响。方法选择2016年1月~2017年12月入院治疗的中度抑郁症患者102例,根据治疗方法不同分为对照组、观察组,各51例。对照组用米那普仑治疗,观察组在其基础上联合电针治疗。比较两组患者治疗有效率、HAMD-17评分、CGI评分、血清5-HT、DA水平。结果观察组治疗8周后有效率为76.47%,高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗8周后观察组HAMD-17、CGI评分优于对照组(all P<0.05)。治疗8周后观察组血清5-HT、DA水平均高于对照组(all P<0.05)。结论米那普仑联合电针用于中度抑郁症患者有助于提高临床疗效,改善患者症状,能提高血清5-HT、DA水平。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of milnacipran combined with electroacupuncture in patients with moderate depression and its effect on serotonin(5-HT)and dopamine(DA)levels. Methods A total of 102 patients with moderate depression in our hospital from January 2016 to December 2017 were selected and divided into control group(n=51)and observation group(n=51). The control group treated with milnacipran,and the observation group treated with milnacipran combined with electroacupuncture. The treatment efficacy,HAMD-17 score,CGI score,serum 5-HT,and DA levels were compared between the two groups. Results After 8 weeks of treatment,the efficacy rate of the observation group was 76.47%,which was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). After 8 weeks of treatment,the HAMD-17,CGI of the observation group was better than that of the control group(all P<0.05). After 8 weeks of treatment,the serum 5-HT and DA level in the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The milnacipran combined with electroacupuncture can improve the clinical efficacy,and increase serum 5-HT and DA levels in patients with moderate depression.
