摘 要:目的通过ICP-MS测定浸泡液中金属离子含量,研究细菌脂多糖(Lipopolysaccharides,LPS)对选择性激光熔化技术(Selective laser melting,SLM)制作的钴铬钼合金离子析出的影响。方法分别运用SLM技术(SLM组)和传统铸造方法(对照组)制作钴铬钼合金试件支架,每组6个。将每组3个合金试件分别浸泡于单纯人工唾液或加入150μg/mL LPS的人工唾液中,7日后移除合金试件,用ICPMS方法分析溶液中钴(Co)、铬(Cr)、钼(Mo)3种金属离子的析出量。结果与单纯人工唾液相比,对照组浸泡于含LPS的人工唾液中的合金试件的Co离子析出量较高(P<0.05),而SLM组在不同溶液中的离子析出量则无明显差异(P>0.05)。无论在含或不含LPS的人工唾液中,SLM组的Co、Mo离子析出量都远远低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论LPS对SLM制作的钴铬钼合金支架的离子析出量无明显影响。与传统铸造工艺相比,SLM制作的钴铬钼合金支架离子析出量较少。Objective The aim of this studay was to investigate the effect of lipopolysaccharides(LPS)on metal ion release of cobalt-chromium-molybdenum(Co-Cr-Mo)alloy fabricated by selective laser melting technique(SLM)using ICP-MS.Methods Co-Cr-Mo alloys used for framework was fabricated by SLM(SLM group)and traditional cast(control group)technology,and each group included 6 specimens.Every specimen was immersed to the artificial saliva with or without 150μg/mL LPS respectively.The ICP-MS was used to analysis the metal ion release of Co,Cr,Mo for each solution after 7 days.Results Compared to the artificial saliva alone,the value of metal ion release of Co was higher in the control group with 150μg/mL of LPS treatment(P<0.05),while there was no statistically difference between the SLM group with or without LPS treatment(P>0.05).Besides,the value of metal ion release of Co and Mo for the SLM group was much lower than the control group with or without the presence of LPS(P<0.05).Conclusions LPS has no significant impact on the metal ion release of Co-Cr-Mo alloy used for framework fabricated by SLM.Compared to alloy fabricated by the traditional cast technique,the Co-Cr-Mo alloy fabricated by SLM showed less metal ion release.
