基于高校与行业商会“双创”建设平台的新型合作模式研究

摘　　要：针对目前高校开展校企合作存在的合作内容技术含量低、合作效益不明显、合作无法持续等一些实际问题,在分析"双创"开展对于高校与企业合作的积极作用以及推动"双创"合作的重要性基础上,提出高校与行业商会"双创"合作下的一种"平行管理"模式。详细分析了所提合作模式的建设思想,并充分揭示了合作平台的目标设定,高校与行业商会的任务分工以及工作实施情况。最终给出了通过此合作模式所产生的一些积极效果,同时也证明了所研究内容对目前高校开展"双创"活动具有一定的实际指导意义。In view of some practical problems existing in university - enterprise cooperation,such as low technology content,no obvious cooperation benefit and unsustainable cooperation,this paper puts forward a proposal for university - enterprise cooperation based on the analysis of the positive role of"double - venture"in university - enterprise cooperation and the importance of promoting"double - venture"cooperation.A"parallel management"mode under the cooperation of"double creation".The construction idea of the proposed cooperation mode is analyzed in detail, and the goal setting of the cooperation platform,the division of tasks between universities and industry chambers of Commerce and the implementation of the work are fully revealed.Finally,it gives some positive results through this cooperation mode,and also proves that the research content has a certain practical guiding significance for the current "double innovation"activities in Colleges and universities.
