中西医结合治疗糜烂型口腔扁平苔藓临床观察

摘　　要：目的评价中西医结合治疗糜烂型口腔扁平苔藓的临床疗效。方法选择70例糜烂型口腔扁平苔藓患者,随机分为对照组和治疗组,各35例。对照组采用泼尼松龙和盐酸利多卡因混悬液于患处黏膜基底层局部封闭治疗;治疗组在中药内服基础上加用贝复新凝胶外用中西医结合治疗,2组疗程均为4周,治疗结束时采用VAS比量表和REU评分量表进行症状和体征记分,评价治疗后的疗效。结果对照组和治疗组治疗后的总有效率分别为80.0%、97.1%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组VAS评分、REU评分均较同组治疗前降低(P<0.05),且治疗组比对照组降低更显著(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合治疗糜烂型口腔扁平苔藓疗效好,可明显缓解疼痛,延长疗效,值得临床推广应用。Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of oral lichen planus of erosive type.Methods Seventy patients with erosive oral lichen planus were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,with 35 cases in each group.The control group was treated with prednisolone suspension in the basal layer of the mucosa of the affected area.On the basis of the traditional Chinese medicine internal,perfuxin gel was added for external use in the treatment group.The course of treatment was 4 weeks.At the end of treatment,visual analogue scale(VAS)and REU scale were used to record symptoms and signs,and to evaluate the curative effect after treatment.Results The total effective rate of the control group and the treatment group were 80.0%and 96.4%,respectively,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The VAS scores and REU scores of the two groups were lower than those of the same group before treatment(P<0.05),and the treatment group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine in the treatment of oral lichen planus of erosive type has good curative effect,which can obviously alleviate pain and alleviate pain in patients,and is worthy of wide clinical application.
