摘 要:磺胺类药物(sulfonamides,SAs)可以通过污水排放、废弃药物堆放等方式进入水生生态系统,从而在环境介质间进行迁移扩散,并伴随着各种转化过程,最终参与到生物地球化学循环中,对人类健康和生态环境构成潜在危害.水体中悬浮颗粒物是SAs的重要天然配位体和吸附载体,在一定程度上控制了SAs的环境行为.采用多种分析技术,探讨水体悬浮颗粒物对SAs的吸附、解吸动力学,阐明不同因素对颗粒物-SAs体系相互作用的主导机理,探讨悬浮颗粒物自身性质和环境条件对吸附SAs的影响机制,将为水生生态系统环境健康风险评价提供理论依据.Sulfonamides(SAs)can enter into aquatic ecosystems via wastewater discharge,abandoned drug,etc.With a variety of conversion processes,SAs are relocating and diffusing in environmental media.Eventual-ly,SAs become more involved in biogeochemical cycle in aquatic environment.It poses a potential hazard to hu-man health and ecological environment.The suspended particles are the natural ligand and adsorption carriers of SAs in aquatic environments.Therefore,the particles,to a certain extent,have controlling effects on environ-mental geochemical behavior of SAs.The sorption and desorption kinetics of SAs in suspended particles were tracked.The dominant mechanism of the interaction between the suspended particles and SAs was clarified,and the effects of different particle properties and environmental factors on SAs adsorption were investigated.The study will provide further information for environmental health risk assessment of SAs in aquatic ecosystems.
