乌司他丁联合生长抑素治疗重症急性胰腺炎患者的效果及对血清炎性因子的影响

摘　　要：目的:分析乌司他丁联合生长抑素治疗重症急性胰腺炎患者的效果及对血清炎性因子的影响。方法:选择笔者所在医院2015年1月-2018年6月收治的76例重症急性胰腺炎患者,将其随机分为两组,对照组35例给予生长抑素,观察组41例给予乌司他丁联合生长抑素,对两组治疗效果进行比较,观察血清炎症因子TNF-α、IL-6、IL-8水平变化。结果:观察组临床总有效率为92.68%,明显高于对照组的77.14%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组TNF-α、IL-6、IL-8水平均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组血淀粉酶、肝肾功能指标均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:乌司他丁联合生长抑素治疗重症急性胰腺炎,可明显降低患者血淀粉酶和血清炎症因子,保护重要脏器功能,临床疗效显著。Objective:To analyze the efficacy of Ulinastatin combined with Somatostatin in treatment of patients with severe acute pancreatitis and its effect on serum inflammatory factors.Method:From January 2015 to June 2018,76 patients with severe acute pancreatitis in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups,35 patients were given Somatostatin in the control group,and 41 patients were given Ulinastatin combined with Somatostatin in the observation group.The effects of two groups were compared,and the TNF-α,IL-6,IL-8 levels of the two groups were observed.Result:The clinical effective rate of the observation group was 92.68%,which was significantly higher than 77.14% of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of TNF-α,IL-6 and IL-8 in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). After treatment,the blood amylase and liver and kidney function indexes of the group were better than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Ulinastatin combined with Somatostatin in treatment of severe acute pancreatitis can significantly reduce blood amylase and serum inflammatory factors,protect important organ function,and has a significant clinical effect.
