摘　　要：目的观察触觉感知刺激对孤独症儿童情绪与行为矫正的疗效。方法选取本院收治的孤独症患儿64例为研究对象,采用随机单盲对照法将其分为对照组和研究组,每组32例。对照组患儿给予常规康复训练,研究组患儿在对照组的基础上配合触觉感知刺激训练,持续训练6个月。比较两组患儿的疗效及治疗前、治疗6个月后的ABC量表各因子评分。结果治疗6个月后,对照组患儿的治疗总有效率为56.25%,显著低于研究组的84.38%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗6个月后,两组患儿的感觉、交往、躯体运动、语言评分均降低,且研究组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论触觉感知刺激对孤独症患儿情绪与行为矫正有较好的疗效。Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of tactile perception stimulation on emotional and behavioral modification in children with autism. Methods A total of 64 children with autism admitted in our hospital were selected as the research objects and divided into control group and research group by random single blind control method, with 32 cases in each group. Children in the control group were given routine rehabilitation training, and children in the research group were combined with tactile perception stimulation training on the basis of the control group. Continuous training for 6 months. The effects and factor scores of ABC scale before and 6 months after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results After 6 months of treatment, the total effective rate of treatment in the control group was 56.25%, which was significantly lower than 84.38% of the research group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). After 6 months of treatment, the scores of sensation, communication, body movement and language in the two groups decreased, and those in the research group were lower than the control group, with statistically significant differences (P<0.05). Conclusion Tactile perception stimulation has a good effect on emotional and behavioral modification in children with autism.
