瓷贴面与树脂材料修复前牙间隙的临床效果

摘　　要：目的探讨瓷贴面与树脂材料修复前牙间隙的临床效果。方法选取2013年10月至2017年12月收治的40例前牙修复患者作为研究对象,以随机数字表法将其分为树脂组和瓷贴面组,各20例。树脂组采用树脂材料修复,瓷贴面组采用瓷贴面材料修复。比较两组患者的修复成功率和满意度。结果术后1年,两组患者的修复成功率比较,差异不显著(P>0.05)。术后3个月,两组患者的修复体完整性和颜色满意度无显著差异(P>0.05)。术后3个月,瓷贴面组边缘适合性和敏感性满意度均显著高于树脂组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后1年,两组患者的边缘适合性和敏感性满意度比较,差异不显著(P>0.05)。术后1年,瓷贴面组修复体完整性和颜色满意度均显著高于树脂组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论瓷贴面材料用于前牙间隙修复的临床效果优于树脂材料,应用价值更高。Objective To investigate the clinical effects of porcelain veneer and resin material in repairing anterior teeth space. Methods A total of 40 patients with anterior teeth space restoration admitted from October 2013 to December 2017 were selected as research objects and divided into resin group and porcelain veneer group according to random number table method, with 20 cases in each group. The resin group was repaired by resin material, and the porcelain veneer group was repaired by porcelain veneer material. The repair success rate and satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results There was no significant difference in repair success rate between the two groups at one year after surgery (P>0.05). Three months after surgery, there were no significant differences in the integrity and color satisfaction of the prostheses between the two groups (P>0.05). Three months after surgery, the satisfaction of edge suitability and sensitivity of the porcelain veneer group were significantly higher than those in the resin group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). One year after surgery, there were no significant differences in the satisfaction of edge suitability and sensitivity between the two groups (P>0.05). One year after surgery, the integrity and color satisfaction of the prostheses in the porcelain veneer group were significantly higher than those in the resin group (P<0.05). Conclusion Porcelain veneer material has better clinical effect than resin material in repairing anterior teeth space, and the application value is higher.
