摘 要:玉米在储藏过程中极易发热,影响储粮品质。针对中原地区玉米度夏发热现象,本文利用自动翻粮机处理、局部单管通风处理、人工挖沟翻粮处理,并以空调控温作为对照,研究不同方法处理局部发热玉米的效果。结果表明:自动翻粮机可以将玉米温度由31.1 ℃快速降至22.1 ℃,玉米水分稳定在14.60%左右,稳定粮情;单管通风可快速将粮堆的湿热空气抽出,1 d 粮温由40.6 ℃降至31.2 ℃,3 d 降至27.5 ℃,并可将水分由15.37%降至14.39%,显著降低粮温与玉米水分;人工挖沟翻粮将发热粮暴露在空气中,4 d 后可将粮温由30.1 ℃降至27.6 ℃,水分由15.01%降至14.03%,稳定粮情;利用空调控温可以将粮情长期保持稳定,12 d 内粮温变化0.7 ℃,水分基本保持不变。Corn is very prone to fever during storage ,endangers the quality of stored grain. In this paper, the effects of three methods for treating local heating corn were studied in the central plains region in the summer, include automatic grain turning machine treatment, single-tube ventilation treatment, manual trenching and grain-removing treatment, and air conditioning temperature control as a comparison. The results show that the automatic grain turning machine can rapid reduce the temperature of corn from 31.1 ℃ to 22.1 ℃, and the moisture of corn is stable at about 14.60%. Single-tube ventilation can quickly extract the hot and humid air from the grain bulk. The grain temperature is reduced from 40.6 ℃ to 31.2 ℃ after 1 d, reduced to 27.5 ℃ after 3 d, the moisture of corn can be reduced from 15.37% to 14.39% after 3 d, which significantly reduces grain temperature and moisture. Manual trenching and grain-removing can exposing the hot corn to the air, after 4 d, the grain temperature can be reduced from 30.1 ℃ to 27.6 ℃, and the moisture is reduced from 15.01% to 14.03%, which stabilizes the grain condition. Air conditioning temperature control can maintain the stability of the grain temperature for a long time. After 12 d, the grain temperature changes by 0.7℃, and the moisture remains basically unchanged.
