摘  要:清仓机是粮食接卸、货物周转中必不可少的环节,清仓的快慢直接影响到船舶停靠时间,因此对清仓机进行改进可大大减少停机状况和清仓机压死的可能。本文针对提高清仓作业效率,论述了一种通过对清仓机联控系统的改造,降低清仓机故障跳闸次数的改进方案,阐述了清仓机工艺改造的应用效果。Cleaning machine is an indispensable link of grain handling and cargo turnover. The speed of clearing directly affects the berthing time of ships. Therefore, the improvement of clearing machine can greatly reduce the stopping situation and the possibility of the clearing machine being crushed. In order to improve the efficiency of clearing operation, this paper discusses an improved scheme to reduce the number of tripping failures of the clearing machine by reforming the combined control system of the clearing machine, the application effect of the technological transformation of clearing machine is expounded.
