摘　　要：目的分析2017—2018年西安某高校已婚女教工妇科体检结果,为学校卫生部门今后开展预防保健及健康教育工作提供依据。方法回顾性分析2017—2018年西安某高校已婚女教工的妇科体检结果,了解其患病情况。结果2018年受检人数增多,但总患病率较2017年有所下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2018年阴道炎患病率低于2017年,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2018年宫颈疾病患病率低于2017年,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两年体检结果显示最年轻组(25~39岁)女教工各种疾病的患病率高于年龄最大组(65~75岁),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论妇科疾病是威胁高校已婚女教工健康的主要疾病,高校应加强女教工健康教育工作,学校卫生部门应定期体检和监测随访。Objective To analyze the gynecological examination results of married female faculty in a college in Xi'an from 2017 to 2018, and to provide basis for school health departments to carry out preventive health care and health education in the future. Methods The gynecological examination results of married female faculty in a college in Xi'an from 2017 to 2018 were retrospectively analyzed, and the condition of the illness was known. Results The number of physical examinations increased in 2018, but the total prevalence rate decreased compared with that in 2017, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The prevalence rate of vaginitis in 2018 was lower than that in 2017, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The prevalence rate of cervical diseases in 2018 was lower than that in 2017, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The results of two year physical examination showed that the total prevalence rate of various diseases in the youngest group (25-39 years old) was higher than that in the oldest group (65-75 years old), the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Gynecological diseases are the main diseases threatening the health of married female faculty in colleges. Colleges should do a good job in strengthening the health education of female faculty, and school health departments should regularly physical examinations and monitor follow-up.
