摘　　要：目的观察门诊医疗行为对根除幽门螺杆菌(Hp)的影响。方法将2018年3月至2018年7月在西安市中心医院门诊就诊的初次治疗Hp感染的150例患者随机分为对照组和研究组,各75例。两组采用相同的铋剂四联方案根除Hp治疗,对照组常规给予用药及复诊说明,研究组在此基础上进行积极合理的医疗行为干预。比较两组的用药依从性、Hp根除率、不良反应发生情况和发生不良反应后自主停药率。结果研究组完成根除治疗并按时随诊、严格遵医嘱用药患者占比、根除治疗成功率及发生不良反应后自行停药率均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论门诊医疗过程中采取积极合理的医疗行为干预,可有效提高根除Hp的成功率。Objective To observe the effect of outpatient medical behaviors on eradication of Helicobacter pylori (Hp). Methods A total of 150 patients with Hp infection who were first treated in outpatient clinic of Xi'an Central Hospital from March 2018 to July 2018 were randomly divided into control group and study group, with 75 cases in each group. The two groups were treated with the same bismuth quadruple regimen to eradicate Hp. The control group was given routine medication and follow-up instructions, on this basis, the study group carried out active and reasonable medical behaviors intervention. The medication compliance, Hp eradication rate, occurrence of adverse reaction and the rate of stop medication by oneself after adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The percentage of patients who completed the eradication treatment and followed up on time and used medicine strictly according to doctor's advice, the success rate of eradication treatment and the rate of stop medication by oneself after adverse reactions in the study group were better than those in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Active and reasonable medical behaviors intervention in outpatient medical treatment can effectively improve the success rate of eradication Hp.
