摘  要:本文通过对沈阳世博园景区近十年的收入数据以及游客调查问卷的研究和分析,认为沈阳世博园在面对激烈的市场竞争压力下,只有通过转型升级、开发新的旅游产品,才能走出当前发展的瓶颈。结合园区的发展情况,提出具体的两个方面提升方法,并指出沈阳世博园通过产品的升级要逐步地由传统的观光型景区转变为集观光、科研、科普、休闲、娱乐、度假等多元素于一体的现代化文化旅游度假区,才能促进经济收入不断提升,逐步走出后世园会时代的低谷。Based on the research and analysis of the income data of the Shenyang Expo site in the past ten years and the survey questionnaire of tourists,this paper believes that under the pressure of fierce market competition,only by transforming and upgrading and developing new tourism products can Shenyang Expo Park get out of the bottleneck of current development.Based on the development of the park,the paper proposes two improvement methods,and points out that the Shenyang Expo Park will gradually transform from the traditional sightseeing area to a modern cultural tourism resort integrating tourism,scientific research,science popularization,leisure,entertainment,vacation and other elements through the upgrading of the product,so as to promote the continuous improvement of economic income and gradually step out of the low point of the post-world garden era.
