二甲双胍对上皮性卵巢癌合并2型糖尿病患者术后生存的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨二甲双胍对上皮性卵巢癌合并2型糖尿病患者术后生存期的影响。方法回顾性分析上皮性卵巢癌且合并2型糖尿病的患者81例,其中40例应用二甲双胍控制血糖作为试验组,41例应用其他降糖药物控制血糖作为对照组,术后进行随访观察,比较2组的无病生存率(DFS)及总生存率(OS)。结果二甲双胍组上皮性卵巢癌患者3年-DFS和OS分别为35.86个月和53.66个月,显著高于对照组上皮性卵巢癌患者的20.32个月和30.10个月(P<0.05)。多因素COX分析显示二甲双胍是上皮性卵巢癌合并2型糖尿病术后患者5年-DFS和5年-OS的独立保护因素(P<0.05)。结论 二甲双胍可显著提高上皮性卵巢癌合并2型糖尿病术后患者的无病生存率及总生存率,延长患者的生存时间。Objective To investigate the effects of metformin on postoperative survival duration in patients with epithelial ovarian cancer complicated by type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods A total of 81 patients with epithelial ovarian cancer complicated by type 2 diabetes mellitus who were treated in our hospital from January 2012 to October 2015 were enrolled in the study,who were divided into metformin treatment group(n=40) and control group(n=42).The patients in metformin treatment group were treated by metformin,however,the patients in control group were treated by the other hypoglycemic agents.The patients in both groups were followed up after operation,and the disease-free survival rate(DFS) and overall survival rate(OS) were observed and compared between the two groups.Results The 3-year DFS and 3-year-OS in metformin treatment group were 35.86 m and 53.659 m,respectively,which were significantly higher than those(20.32 m and 30.10 m) in control group(P<0.05).Cox regression multivariate analysis showed that metformin was an independent protective indicator of 3-year DFS and 3-year-OS in patients with epithelial ovarian cancer complicated by type 2 diabetes mellitus(P<0.05).Conclusion Metformin can obviously improve the DFS and OS in patients with epithelial ovarian cancer complicated by type 2 diabetes mellitus so as to prolong patient’s survical duration.
