摘 要:总结了五氟乙烷(C2HF5,R125)的用途和纯度≥99.5%的粗R125的常见杂质种类。利用AspenPlus软件,对R125用精馏法提纯的工艺进行了模拟计算,确定出脱轻塔(A塔)塔板数为49、第30块塔板进料、回流比是664.5;脱重塔(B塔)塔板数为52、第28块塔板进料、回流比是3.2。在设计和优化参数下,比普通精馏节能,能将R125产品提纯到99.999%以上。Summarizes pentafluoroethane (C 2HF 5,R125) application and common impurity types of crude R125,which purity≥99.5%. Using Aspen Plus software,the distillation process of purify R125 was simulated and calculated. Determine that the number of tower for removing light components (A-tower) is 49,the reflux ratio is 664.5,and the feeding position is the 30 th stage;the number of tower for removing heavy components (B-tower) is 52,the reflux ratio is 3.2,and the feeding position is the 28 th stage. Under the design and optimization parameters,the R125 product can be purified to above 99.999% purity,which more energy-efficient than normal distillation.
