高校教学秘书职能建设存在的问题及对策

摘　　要：人才培养是高校的中心工作,提高教育教学质量是提高人才培养质量的关键。作为高校最基层的教学管理人员,教学秘书在管理、服务、育人、教研四个方面对提高教学质量发挥着重要作用。然而当前高校秘书职能建设问题依然很多,因此,着力管理方法优化、服务能力提高、育人境界净化、教研水平提升,从而加强高校教学秘书的四个基本职能建设,无疑能够助力高校的教学和科研工作。Personnel training is the core function of colleges and universities,and improving the quality of education and teaching is the key to improving the quality of talents training.As the most basic teaching management personnel in colleges and universities,the teaching secretary plays a vital role in management,service,cultivation of students and teaching and research that all facilitate teaching quality.Nevertheless,many problems exist in the construction of the functions of the teaching secretary.Therefore,it s quite urgent to optimize the management methods,improve the service,and enhance education and teaching as well as research.No doubt the four functions of the teaching secretary will contribute to the improvement of teaching and scientific research.
