“办学评估”“教学检查”在电大管理中的作用与地位

摘　　要：从四个方面论述了电大系统“办学评估”及“教学检查”工作的作用和地位:一是多头行政隶属的梯级系统性办学的特殊性,决定了“办学评估”在管理中的特殊作用;二是多种形态教学机构合作的融合性办学的特殊性,决定了“办学评估”在管理中的特殊作用;三是多层级、多媒体、跨时空的教学特殊性,决定了“教学检查”在管理中的特殊作用;四是多种教学形式的混合式教学的特殊性,决定了“教学检查”在管理中的特殊作用。最后对如何保证“办学评估”“教学检查”在电大系统管理中的应有地位与运作形式提出了原则性的意见和创新性的建议。This paper discusses the function and role of the “education assessment” and “teaching inspection” in the radio and television university system from four aspects. Firstly, the particularity of cascaded systematic education among multiple administrative relationships determines the special function of “education assessment” in management. Secondly, the particularity of the integrated education through cooperation between various forms of teaching institutions determines the special function of “education assessment” in management. Thirdly, the particularity of multi-level, multimedia teaching beyond time-space determines the special function of “teaching inspection” in management. Fourthly, the special nature of mixed teaching in a variety of teaching forms determines the special function of “teaching inspection” in management. Finally, it puts forward some principles and innovative suggestions on how to ensure the proper role and operating form of “education assessment” and “teaching inspection” in the management of radio and television university system.
