尤瑞克林静脉滴注治疗急性脑梗死的临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:观察分析尤瑞克林静脉滴注在临床中治疗急性脑梗死的效果。方法:随机抽取急性脑梗死患者60例,根据治疗方式进行分组,划分为对照组(n=30)、观察组(n=30),对照组行常规西医治疗,对照组行常规西医治疗联合尤瑞克林静脉滴注治疗,对两组患者的治疗效果、治疗前后NIHSS评分、BI指数以及不良反应发生情况进行评价与比较。结果:治疗前,比较两组患者NIHSS评分、BI指数情况,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组上述两项指标均显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。同对照组进行比较,观察组治疗效果明显更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);比较两组不良反应发生情况,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:对于急性脑梗死患者而言,选择尤瑞克林静脉滴注治疗的效果理想,能够改善神经功能缺损现象,提高日常生活能力以及质量,且具有较高的安全性,临床价值可观。Objective To observe and analyze the effect of Youruikelinjingmai drip in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction.Method 60 cases of acute cerebral infarction were randomly selected,and were grouped according to the treatment method.They were divided into control groups(N = 30) and observation groups(N = 30).The control group and the observation group respectively performed conventional Western medicine treatment,conventional Western medicine treatment + Youruikelinjingmai drip treatment,and evaluated and compared the treatment effect,NIHSS score,BI index and adverse reactions before and after treatment of the two groups of patients.Results Before the treatment,the NIHSS score and BI index were compared between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the above two indexes were significantly superior to those of the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the therapeutic effect was significantly higher in the observation group(P<0.05).The occurrence of adverse reactions was compared between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion For patients with acute cerebral infarction,the effect of choosing Youruikelinjingmai drip therapy is ideal,it can improve the phenomenon of neurofunction defect,improve daily life ability and quality,and have high safety,and clinical value.
