摘　　要：目的:评价不同剂量阿托伐他汀治疗急性缺血性脑卒中的临床效果,为临床治疗提供指导。方法:选取2016年6月~2017年12月于某院脑系科治疗的急性缺血性脑卒中患者102例,随机数表法分为高剂量组及低剂量组,在常规治疗的基础上分别给予20mg及10mg阿托伐他汀治疗。治疗6个月后对比两组患者治疗总有效率、血脂浓度、神经功能缺损评分以及不良反应发生率等。结果:高剂量组总有效率显著高于低剂量组,血脂浓度显著低于低剂量组,神经功能缺损评分显著低于低剂量组,且不良反应发生率显著低于低剂量组,差别均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:急性缺血性脑卒中患者采用高剂量阿托伐他汀进行治疗,能够显著提高治疗有效率,降低血脂浓度,改善神经系统症状,降低不良反应发生率,值得在临床中进一步推广。Objective: To evaluate the clinical effect of different doses of atorvastatin in the treatment of acute ischemic stroke and to provide guidance for clinical treatment. Methods: 102 patients with acute ischemic stroke treated in a hospital from June 2016 to December 2017 were selected and divided into high dose group and low dose group according to the random number table method, which were treated respectively with 20mg and 10mg atorvastatin on the basis of routine treatment. After 6 months of treatment, the total effective rate, blood lipid concentration, neurological deficit score and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results: The total effective rate of the high dose group was significantly higher than that of the low dose group, the blood lipid concentration, the neurological deficit score and the incidence of adverse reactions of the high dose group were significantly lower than those of the low dose group, and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant ( P <0.05). Conclusion: High dose atorvastatin can significantly improve the treatment efficiency of patients with acute ischemic stroke, reduce the blood lipid concentration, improve the nervous system symptoms and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions, which is worthy of further promotion in clinic.
