摘 要:目的以贝塔朗菲系统论为基础,构建新的护理质量与安全管理模式,促进护理人员技术水平与服务质量的提高,在保证患者安全基础上,提高患者对护理工作的满意度。方法以某院护理部门全体护士为研究对象,通过实施三级护理质量与安全管理,有效预防并及时解决护理工作中存在的各种问题,评估各项质量管理达标情况、护士自我工作满意度及患者对护理工作满意度。结果通过“护理部首接”三级护理质量与安全管理模式的实施,医院各项护理质量达标情况、护士自我工作满意度、患者对护理工作满意度均有了明显提高。结论“护理部首接”三级护理质量与安全管理模式能够促进医院护理质量与效率的提高,在保障患者安全的基础上构建更加和谐的医患关系。Objective To construct a new nursing quality and safety management model based on Von Bertalanffy's system theory,in order to improve nursing staff's technical skills and service quality and to promote patients' satisfaction with nursing work while ensuring patients' safety. Methods Taking all nurses in nursing department of a hospital as the research object,the three-level nursing quality and safety management model was implemented to effectively prevent and timely solve problems existing in nursing work. Then,quality management standards,nurses' job satisfaction rate and patients' satisfaction rate with nursing work were evaluated. Results Through the implementation of the“Nursing Department First”three-level nursing quality and safety management model,the hospital's nursing quality standards,nurses' job satisfaction rate,and patients' satisfaction rate with nursing work were significantly improved. Conclusion The“Nursing Department First”three-level nursing quality and safety management model could help to improve a hospital's nursing quality and efficiency and to foster a more harmonious doctor-patient relationship while ensuring patients' safety.
