摘　　要：习近平新时代体育思想是新时代中国特色社会主义思想的重要组成部分,其核心要义主要包括以“全民健身”为重点的大众体育战略,以“竞技体育”为轴心的体育辐射带动战略,以“健康中国”为宗旨的体育强国战略,以“人的全面发展”为目标的体育价值指归,走“健康中国”之路的体育路径选择,树立“健康第一”理念的体育教育自觉。这一重要思想对包括我国新时代运动员核心素养、大众核心素养、学生核心素养在内的国民核心素养提出了新的时代要求。以其作为重要指导思想的我国新时代国民体育核心素养体系可以按照“3个主体、3个层次”的三维立体交互的逻辑结构加以构建。Xi Jinping’s new era of sports is an important part of the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics. Its core principles include the mass sports strategy with the focus on “fitness for all” and the sports radiation strategy with “competitive sports” as the axis. The sports power strategy with the purpose of “healthy China” aims at the goal of “all-round development of the human being” and aims to follow the sports path selection of the “healthy China”road, and establishes the “healthy first”concept of physical education consciousness. This important thought puts forward new requirements for the national core accomplishment including the core accomplishment of athletes,mass core accomplishment,and student core accomplishment in the new era of our country.As an important guide,the core quality system of national sports in the new era can be constructed according to the logical structure of three-dimensional interaction of “3 subjects and 3 levels”.
