摘 要:[目的]分析黑米亲本总黄酮、花色苷含量的配合力和遗传力,为高活性成分黑米两系杂交稻亲本的选育及强优势组合的选配提供理论依据。[方法]以6个不育系、5个恢复系,按6×5不完全双列杂交(NCII)模式对总黄酮、花色苷含量进行配合力及遗传力进行分析。[结果]总黄酮、花色苷含量的配合力方差显著差异;总黄酮、花色苷含量的性状受组合特殊配合力与亲本一般配合力控制,一般配合力所占的比重较大;两系不育系D38S、D40S,恢复系R48、R92都有较高的一般配合力,所配组合D38S/R92、D40S/R48的特殊配合力都很大;花色苷含量的性状受不育系影响更大;总黄酮、花色苷含量的广义遗传力与狭义遗传力均较高,花色苷含量的狭义遗传力大于总黄酮含量。[结论]总黄酮、花色苷含量性状存在加性效应和非加性效应,亲本基因的加性效应对这两个性状的形成起主导作用,这两个性状遗传力高,可在育种早期世代进行选择以提高育种效率,D38S、D40S、R48、R92是富集总黄酮、花色苷的优异亲本,应用前景较好。[Objective]The study aimed to analyze the combining ability and heritability of total flavonoids and anthocyanins in black rice parents,so as to provide theoretical basis for parent selection and selection of strong dominant combinations of two-line hybrid black rice with high active ingredients.[Method]Combining ability and heritability of total flavonoids and anthocyanins were analyzed by 6 male sterile lines and 5 restorer lines according to 6 × 5 incomplete diallel cross model(NCII).[Result]The variance of combining ability of total flavonoids and anthocyanins contents showed significant difference;the characters of total flavonoids and anthocyanins content were controlled by group special combining ability and general combining ability of parents,the proportion of general combining ability is larger;the malesterile lines D38 S,D40 S,the restorer lines R48,R92 had higher general combining ability,the combination D38 S/R92,D40 S/R48 had higher special combining ability;the characters of anthocyanins content were more influenced by sterile lines;the general and narrow heritability of total flavonoids and anthocyanins content were both high,the narrow heritability of anthocyanin content was greater than that of total flavonoids content.[Conclusion]There are additive and non-additive effects on the content of total flavonoids and anthocyanins,the additive effects of parental genes play a dominant role in the formation of these two traits,these two traits are highly heritable,can be selected in the early generation of breeding to improve the efficiency of breeding.Two-line black rice malesterile lines D38 S,D40 S,restorer lines R48 and R92 are excellent parents enriched with flavonoids and anthocyanins,and have a broad application prospect.
