摘  要:[目的]利用国外种质资源创造的高世代马铃薯无性系,分析评价锌含量的稳定性,并估算锌含量的广义遗传力。[方法]2017和2018年,以19份马铃薯高世代无性系和2个品种(炸条品种夏坡蒂和鲜食品种克新13号)为试验材料,采用随机区组设计种植在哈尔滨和克山。收获后,分析块茎锌含量。[结果]马铃薯块茎锌含量变化为11.99~17.89μg/g DW,锌含量品种(系)×环境互作显著,但仍可以选出锌含量高且表现稳定的无性系(如N10-24-2)。马铃薯锌含量的广义遗传力估值为0.4542。[结论]选育高锌含量的马铃薯新品种虽有困难,但采用合适的亲本并扩大选择群体仍然是可行的。[Objective]The purposes of this study were to analyze the zinc content of advanced generation potato clones created by foreign germplasm resources,evaluate the stability of zinc content,and estimate the broad-sense heritability of zinc content.[Method]In 2017 and2018,19 potato clones and 2 varieties(French fry variety Shepody and fresh consumption variety Kexin 13)were planted in Harbin and Keshan with a randomized complete block design.Zinc content in tubers was analyzed after harvest.[Result]Zinc content in potato tubers ranged from 11.99 to 17.89μg/g DW.The interaction of varieties(lines)and environment for zinc content was significant,but clones with both high zinc content and stable performance such as N10-24-2 could still be identified.The broad-sense heritability of potato zinc content was estimated to be 0.4542.[Conclusion]Though it was difficult to breed new potato varieties with high zinc content,it was still feasible if suitable parents were carefully selected and populations were expanded.
