摘  要:牙周炎是一种常见的发生在牙支持组织的炎症性感染性疾患,是造成成年人牙齿丧失的重要原因。构建合适的牙周炎动物模型对牙周炎的病理、病因学研究以及临床防治均有重要意义,也是药物研发中试验新药的必经过程。当前牙周炎动物模型的构建方法日趋成熟,实验动物方面,大鼠以价格低廉、操作简便、易于饲养、成功率高等优点使用最为广泛;从建模方面,常见的方法有结扎线法、高糖饲养、接种细菌、激素或脂多糖注射以及多种方法的联合应用,各种方法均有其优点和局限性,更加优化的动物模型还有待进一步探索。Periodontitis is a common inflammatory infectious disease that occurs in dental support tissues,which is an important cause of tooth loss in adults.The construction of a suitable animal model of periodontitis has important guiding significance for the study of pathology,etiology and clinical prevention of periodontitis,and it is also a necessary process for testing new drugs.Currently,methods of constructing animal models of periodontitis are becoming more and more mature.In terms of experimental animals,rats are most widely used because of their low price,easy operation,easy feeding,and high success rate.Common modeling methods include ligature method,high sugar feeding,inoculation of bacteria,hormone or lipopolysaccharide injection,and the combination of various methods.All methods have their advantages and limitations,and more optimized animal models are to be further explored.
