摘  要:超重和肥胖可以引起多种疾病,肥胖的形成与白色脂肪细胞内能量过度蓄积密切相关。人体内的棕色和米色脂肪细胞可以通过适应性产热消耗能量而减轻肥胖,这两类脂肪细胞的分化调控尚在研究中。表观遗传调控机制中的组蛋白H3的第4、9和27位氨基酸残基的甲基化和(或)去甲基化的一部分修饰酶及其催化产物与棕色和米色脂肪细胞分化及相关基因表达密切相关。组蛋白的甲基化修饰可能成为肥胖及其相关疾病的发病机制及治疗研究的新靶点。Overweight and obesity may cause a variety of diseases,and the formation of obesity is closely related to excessive energy accumulation in white adipocytes.Brown and beige adipocytes in the human body can relieve obesity by adaptive thermogenesis.The regulation of differentiation of these two types of adipocytes is still under study.Some methylation and/or demethylation modifying enzymes at the 4 th,9 th and 27 th amino acid residues of histone H3 and their catalytic products are closely related to the differentiation and expression of genes related to brown and beige adipocytes.Histone methylation may become a new target for the pathogenesis and treatment of obesity and its related diseases.
