摘 要:对于传统的LC滤波器来说,电感的Q值对带内的插损影响比较大,要想获得较低的插损就要求电感的Q值要足够高,但是高Q的电感是很难实现的。而且LC滤波器带外抑制性能的提高还需要更多的滤波器级联来实现,这将会加大版图面积。因此,本设计提出了一种基于耦合线的带通滤波器,它通过将耦合线一端接地等效为电感来提高带内插损、带外抑制和减小版图面积。从它的实测结果来看带内插损小于3 dB,在2.6 GHz和4.9 GHz处的带外抑制均在15 dB以下。For the traditional LC filter,the Q value of the inductor has a large influence on the insertion loss in the band.To obtain a lower insertion loss,the Q value of the inductor is required to be high enough,but the inductance of the high Q is difficult to achieve.of.Moreover,the improvement of the out-of-band rejection performance of the LC filter requires more filter cascades,which will increase the layout area.Therefore,this design proposes a band-pass filter based on a coupled line,which improves the in-band insertion loss,out-of-band rejection,and reduction of the layout area by grounding one end of the coupling line as an inductance.From its measured results,the insertion loss is less than 3 dB,and the out-of-band rejection at 2.6 GHz and 4.9 GHz is below 15 dB.
