摘　　要：高等学校与企事业单位开展深度产学研合作,共同申请专利,有利于发挥各自优势,促进科研成果转化,推动科技创新。文章以安徽省高校的产学研合作申请专利为分析对象,从合作申请的专利数量、类别、法律状态、所属技术领域等几个方面就其发展现状进行分析,并就存在的问题提出相应的对策。Deep industry-university-institute cooperation between universities and enterprises and joint application for patents are conducive to giving full play to their respective advantages,promoting the transformation of scientific achievements and the scientific innovation.This paper makes a series of analysis on the number,category,legal status and technical fields of the joint application patents between enterprises and universities in Anhui Province.Moreover,the corresponding strategies to the existing issues are put forward.
