马铃薯茎尖脱毒新方法探析

摘　　要：为了进一步研究高效的马铃薯茎尖脱毒方法,在对马铃薯脱毒技术进行分析的基础上,就马铃薯脱毒种薯进行室内块茎拔高(50~80cm)培养,切取大茎尖(0.8~1.0cm)消毒、无菌培养,然后切取小茎尖(0.2mm)以及茎尖重复培养,以探索马铃薯脱毒的新方法。结果表明,该方法对马铃薯PVX病毒、PVY病毒、PVA病毒以及PSTVd类病毒具有很好的脱毒效果。To further study the efficient method of detoxification of potato stem tip, based on the analysis of detoxification technology of potato, the virus-free seed potato was cultured by indoor tuber elongation(50-80 cm), cutting large stem tip(0.8-1.0 cm), sterilization and aseptic culture, then cutting small stem tip(0.2 mm) and repeated culture of stem tip, to explore a new method for virus-free of potatoes. The results showed that the method had good detoxification effect on potato PVX virus, PVY virus, PVA virus and PSTVd virus.
