摘 要:采用高通量测序分析日本龟蜡蚧肠道微生物多样性和抗生素处理后肠道菌群的变化。结果表明,日本龟蜡蚧肠道优势菌门分别为拟杆菌门、变形菌门和厚壁菌门,共占到总菌门数的85%以上;优势菌属为拟杆菌属(Bacteroides)、韦荣氏球菌属(Veillonella)、乳杆菌属(Lactobacillus);用抗生素处理后,寄主为柿树的日本龟蜡蚧肠道微生物优势菌占总菌比例显著下降,其中,拟杆菌属由15.07%下降至10.08%,韦荣氏球菌属由10.32%下降至5.61%。High-throughput sequencing was used to analyze the intestinal microbial diversity of Ceroplastes japonicus Green and the changes of intestinal flora after treatment with antibiotics. The results showed that the dominant fungi of the Ceroplastes japonicus Green accounted for more than 85% of the Pseudobacteria, Proteobacteria and Firmicutes. The dominant genus was Bacteroides, Veillonella, and Lactobacillus. After treatment with antibiotics, the dominant bacteria of the Ceroplastes japonicus Green, which was hosted by persimmon tree, decreased significantly, Bacteroides decreased from 15.07% to 10.08%, and Veillonella decreased from 10.32% to 5.61%.
