摘 要:测定芝麻茎点枯病菌产生的几种细胞壁降解酶种类及活性大小,为进一步探讨其与寄主的互作机制奠定基础。从不同芝麻产区采集7株茎点枯病菌,液体培养制取粗酶液,离体条件下采用分光光度法测定病原菌分泌的半纤维素酶、木质素降解酶种类及活力大小。结果表明,7个菌株均未检测到锰过氧化物酶,但都能检测到木聚糖酶、木质素过氧化物酶和漆酶,说明7个菌株均能产生半纤维素酶和木质素降解酶,并且同一种酶不同菌株酶活力大小不同,同一菌株的木质素过氧化物酶活力都明显高于漆酶活力,其中,菌株2010003的木聚糖酶综合活力最高,菌株2010028的木质素过氧化物酶和漆酶活力均最高。The purpose of this paper was to determine the types and activities of cell wall degradation enzymes produced by Macrophomina phaseolina, to lay a foundation for further exploration of interaction mechanism with its host. Seven strains of Macrophomina phaseolina were collected from different sesame production areas, the crude enzyme solution was prepared by liquid culture, the types and activities of hemicellulases and lignin degradation enzyme in vitro were determined by spectrophotometry. The result showed that no manganese peroxidase was detected in 7 strains, however, xylanase, lignin peroxidase and laccase activities were detected, and the enzyme activities were different among different strains of the same enzyme, lignin peroxidase activity was significantly higher than laccase activity in the same strain, and the xylanase activity of strain 201003 was the highest, the lignin peroxidase and laccase activity of strain 2010028 were the highest, respectively.
