摘　　要：目的调查同步放化疗宫颈癌患者癌因性疲乏与焦虑、抑郁现状,并探讨其相关性。方法采用一般资料问卷、Piper疲乏量表、医院焦虑抑郁量表对321例同步放化疗宫颈癌患者进行调查。结果同步放化疗宫颈癌患者癌因性疲乏呈中度水平,患者存在明显的焦虑、抑郁情绪,且疲乏程度与焦虑、抑郁呈正相关(P<0.05);多元线性回归分析显示焦虑、抑郁能影响宫颈癌患者的癌因性疲乏状况。结论同步放化疗宫颈癌患者癌因性疲乏发生率高,与焦虑、抑郁密切相关,应关注患者的心理状况,加强心理干预,降低疾病带来的负面影响。Objective To investigate cancer-related fatigue,anxiety and depression of chemoradiotherapy in patients with cervical cancer,then to explore its relationship.Methods Using the general information questionnaire,Piper fatigue questionnaire,hospital anxiety and depression scale to investigate 321 cervical cancer patients.Results Patients who received chemoradiotherapy were at moderate level of fatigue,which was significantly related with anxiety and depression(P<0.05).Conclusion Patients with cervical cancer who received chemoradiotherapy have a high incidence of cancer-related fatigue,which is closely related to anxiety and depression.It is necessary to pay attention to psychological status and strengthen psychological intervention to reduce the negative effects.
