摘 要:目的了解浙江省男护士就读在职研究生的学习障碍情况及其影响因素,为有针对性地制订干预措施提供实证依据。方法采用一般资料问卷、参与障碍普适量表对167名在职男护士进行问卷调查。结果男护士就读在职研究生学习障碍得分为(79.91±28.09)分,脱离接触维度得分最高,为(17.89±8.59)分;职称、学历、工作年限是影响男护士就读在职研究生学习障碍的主要因素。结论浙江省男护士就读在职研究生学习障碍处于中等水平,最大障碍为脱离接触。建议护理管理者和教育者督促在职男护士保持持续学习状态,增强其学习信心。Objective To understand the learning disabilities and influencing factors of on-the-job postgraduate among male nurses in Zhejiang Province,and to provide empirical evidence for targeted interventions.Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted on 167 working male nurses using the general information questionnaire and the Deterrent to Participation-General Scale.Results The score of learning disability of on-the-job postgraduate among male nurses was(79.91±28.09).The highest score of dimension were disengagement(17.89±8.59).The professional titles,education background,and years of working were the main influencing factors of male nurses in learning disability.Conclusion The learning disability of male nurses in on-the-job postgraduates in Zhejiang province is at the middle level.The biggest disability is disengagement.It is suggested that nursing managers and educators should urge male nurses to maintain a continuous learning state and enhance their learning confidence.
