摘 要:本文通过对近年来公务员工资制度探索与实践的梳理,在揭示其制度特点的基础上,判断它虽然在一定程度上遵循了人事分类的基础,但在制度导向、制度误区和制度缺陷方面仍存在问题;提出公务员工资制度改革需要理性判断价值取向,结合分类管理构建工资制度体系,依靠制度设计实现工资管理规范化。Based on the exploration and practice of civil servant's wage system in recent years, this paper examines the characteristics of this system, and judges that it followed the basis of personnel classification to a certain extent, but there are problems in system orientation, system misunderstanding and system defects. To propose a reform of the civil servant salary system, it is necessary to rationally judge the basic value orientation, combine the classification management to construct the salary system, and rely on the system design to realize the standardization of salary management.
