摘  要:"药对"是中药配伍的基本单位,也是方剂配伍最基本、最常见的组方形式。中医方剂中的"药对"用药形式包括狭义药对"对药"和广义药对"药群"。"对方"是指或组成相似,或功效接近,或主治病证类同的有密切关联的2个方子。"对方"包括传统以大小命名的经方、主治功效近似的类方、背景出处不同的同名方和组成形式上相近的对方。在方剂学教学过程中,通过对药对、药群的配伍分析和相似对方的比较,可简化方剂配伍分析结构,明确方剂制方机理,有助于学生更好地理解识记方剂,是教学过程中的关键环节和主要"抓手",利于提高教学质量。"Drug Pair" is the basic unit of Chinese traditional Chinese medicine compatibility and the most basic and common form of prescription compatibility. In TCM prescriptions, the form of "Chinese Medicine group" includes narrow drug pairs -(Chinese herbs group) and generalized drugs(Chinese medicine groups)."Similar two TCM prescriptions" refers to two formulae that are closely related to each other, or which are similar, or similar in efficacy, or in the same way as the primary healing syndrome."Similar two TCM prescriptions" includes the traditional party with large and small denominal names, and the similar party with the same name, and the other party with similar form. In pharmacology teaching process, through the analysis of the compatibility of medicine, medicine group, the comparison of similar to each other, can simplify the structure of prescription compatibility analysis, a clear prescription system mechanism, help students better understand and memorization. Prescription is the key link in the process of teaching and the main "gripper", to improve the teaching quality.
