摘  要:以大粒种咖啡(C.liberica)1号为砧木,中粒种咖啡(C.canephora Pierreex Froehner)热研1号为接穗,研究种间嫁接对连作障碍土壤上咖啡生长及养分吸收特性的影响。结果表明:种间嫁接咖啡苗较自根嫁接苗N、P、Ca和Mg吸收量分别增加67.29%、128.21%、101.64%和58.33%,株高、茎粗、地上部和根部干物质量分别增加35.07%、40.44%、38.79%和86.25%。由此可见,种间嫁接改善了连作障碍土壤上咖啡养分吸收特性,增强了植株长势。The continuous planting obstacle was considered to be the primary problem in inhibiting coffee growth. Previous studies had shown that interspecific grafting could effectively relieve the continuous planting obstacle of coffee growth. C. liberica No.1 and C. canephora Reyan No.1 were used as rootstock and scions, respectively to analyze the influences of interspecific grafting on growth and nutrient uptake of grafted coffee trees grown in a continuous planting obstacle soil. The results showed that the contents of N, P, Ca and Mg in the graftings of Reyan No.1 were increased by 67.29%, 128.21%, 101.64% and 58.33%, respectively as compared with those of self-rooted seedlings. Meanwhile, the plant height, stem diameter, dry weight of shoot and root were also increased by 35.07%, 40.44%, 38.79% and 86.25%, respectively, as compared with those of the self-rooted seedlings. The graftings of Reyan No. 1 had higher nutrient absorption capacity and hence higher vigor.
