男性护理学硕士研究生职业认同的质性研究

摘　　要：目的 深入了解男性护理学硕士研究生对职业认同的内心想法,为特定群体实施针对性教育和管理提供参考.方法 采用目的抽样法,选择2018年9—12月湖北省3所高校男性护理学硕士研究生12名进行半结构式深入访谈.采用质性研究中现象学研究方法,对访谈资料反复阅读、分析、编码、分类,提炼主题.结果 本研究提炼出3个主题,分别是男性硕士研究生入学原因、对护理的职业认识、影响从事护理职业因素.寻找职业发展方向、改变就业环境、提高自身能力是男性研究生入学的主要原因.学历优势、性别优势、职业发展需要是影响职业认同的主要积极因素;职业性别观念、护理工作现状、护理管理者不重视是消极因素.结论 护理教育者及管理者应重视完善男性护理研究生职业发展平台建设,加强专业价值观教育和就业指导,强化临床实践能力培养,提高其职业认同感.Objective To further explore the inner thoughts about professional identity of male nursing postgraduates,in order to provide reference for nursing educators and administrators.Methods By purposive sampling method,12 male nursing postgraduates from three universities in Hubei Province from September to December 2018 were selected for semi-structured in-depth interviews.Using the phenomenological research method in qualitative research,the interview materials were repeatedly read,analyzed,coded and classified to refine the theme.Results In this study,three themes were extracted:the reasons for male postgraduates'admission,their professional understanding of nursing and the factors affecting their career in nursing.Finding the direction of career development,changing the employment environment and improving their abilities were the main reasons for male postgraduates to enter the university.Educational background advantage,gender advantage and career development need were the main positive factors affecting their professional identity;while occupational gender concept,nursing job status and neglect of nursing administrators were the negative factors.Conclusions Nursing educators and administrators should pay attention to improving the career development platform for male nursing postgraduates,strengthen the education of professional values and employment guidance,strengthen the cultivation of clinical practice ability,and improve their sense of professional identity.
