摘  要:为分析烟用爆珠中主要香味成分,采用吹扫捕集-气相色谱-质谱法(GC/MS)对市售卷烟中爆珠的挥发性成分进行分离和鉴定,运用峰面积归一化法确定各组分的相对质量分数,结合嗅闻仪对分离组分进行嗅闻,获得了凉味爆珠破碎后的主要香气成分信息。结果表明:(1)1#爆珠的主要香气成分是柠檬烯(35.70%)、薄荷醇(27.66%)、桉树脑(10.08%)、香芹酮(5.34%)、芳樟醇(4.32%);2#爆珠的主要香气成分是薄荷酮(28.46%)、薄荷醇(29.27%)、桉树脑(14.96%)、柠檬烯(14.15%)、香芹酮(2.07%)。(2)薄荷酮是薄荷特征香气的主要来源,薄荷醇则是凉感的主要来源。(3)吹扫捕集-GC/MS/O联用法可用于烟用爆珠挥发性成分的定性分析,这种方法对样品需求量少,且操作简单、快速。In order to analyze the main aroma components in breakable capsules for cigarette filter,the volatile components of breakable capsules were enriched by purge and trap technique,and analyzed by GC/MS.The separated components were smelled by olfactometer,and the relative content of each component was determined by peak area normalization method.The results showed that:(1)The main aroma components of 1#breakable capsule were limonene(35.70%),menthol(27.66%),eucalyptol(10.08%),carvone(5.34%)and linalool(4.32%),and the main aroma components of 2#breakable capsule were menthone(28.46%),menthol(29.27%),eucalyptol(14.96%),limonene(14.15%),and carvone(2.07%).(2)Menthone is the main source of the characteristic aroma of Mentha,while menthol is the main source of cooling.(3)Purge and trap-GC/MS/O method can be used for qualitative analysis of volatile components in tobacco breakable capsules.With this method,the amount of sample demanded is small and the operation is simple and rapid.
